What is your current responsibility?

I produce APIs and intermediate products.

Production covers a very broad range of jobs, from accepting orders, planning schedule, procuring raw materials, manufacturing, subdividing, packaging, and shipping.

Besides regular manufacturing, I am also in charge of issuing a variety of documented manufacturing orders and batch records.
What does stimulate and motivate you to do this job?
I feel the most motivated when I can precisely respond to our client’s orders. That means, when I can provide ensured quality for the products they need and ship them to meet the timing they wished. I like the moment when trucks loaded with our products leave our plant. (Ha! ha! ha!)
