We, Sanyo, boast of a group of innovative-type expertise engineers. The core of our mission is to send out high quality pharmaceutics to the society. To make this mission a success, we focus on R&D and manufacturing by ourselves, which enables us better than otherwise to nurture precise technologies, to better control the entire production process with responsibility, and to make possible speedy delivery of quality products. Now we are making positive efforts to develop technologies for crystallization and reaction. We are making advanced studies by importing updated analyzers. We are also accepting your outsourcing orders for synthesizing.

200L : GL Heat-Reaction equipment
Heat-cycle type, GL - made, good for up to 230°C, to be used for rearrangement reaction and distillation that need high temperature.

Pressure-added Reaction
500L(GL) reactor capable of reacting to 1MPa-added pressure. Compared with conventional reaction caldrons, this 500L makes hydrogenation smoother.

Purification and Crystallizig
It is known that some pharmaceutics, while being of same structure, differ in its crystal melting point, density, and thermodynamics stability etc., causing polymorphism. To make our quality uniform, we consider it inevitable to control this polymorphism. Hence we are studying how this polymorphism happens. We have achieved a success in applying our study to actual production level. Not being satisfied with this success yet, we are continuing our efforts to make our study more complete.

We, Sanyo, since its establishment, have been focusing on the pilot production of generic pharmaceutics (APIs) and have manufactured many outsourcings from our partners. Based on our excellent technologies thus accumulated in many years, we shall strive to further educate ourselves and expand our access into more diverse areas in this rapidly changing world, to better serve the pharmaceutical companies we are partnering with.
